I am a Florida Certified Teacher with certification in kindergarten through sixth for all subjects as well as fifth through ninth for English Language Arts/Reading. I have the state required Reading Endorsement to support students who need help with learning how to read or understand what they are reading.
I know the difficulty some students have with the skills they need to be successful learners. I can support IEP goals, help with homework, and help fill gaps for reading, writing and math. I also support students with organization and scheduling their work for academic success.
I believe parents are the best advocates and the best teachers for their students. I provide support for parenting as well as support for students. I have raised my own children to adulthood and through the school system and know the challenges from the perspective of both a parent and a teacher.
